Customise your domain

Customise your domain by setting a custom CNAME record

Last updated 1 year ago

As a team owner of a team on the Launch plan and higher, you can optionally personalise your platform's URL by configuring your preferred DNS CNAME record. To do this, first configure your DNS service provider to point your digitalsamba subdomain [TEAMNAME].digitalsamba.com to your custom domain (eg. conference.yourdomain.com). Then enter your custom domain into the Custom domain field. Then click Update.

The change may take a few minutes to propagate.

Once complete, all sessions will resolve to your new custom domain, eg conference.yourdomain.com/[FRIENDLY_URL].
