Manage your team's recordings

Extend the value of sessions by making them available over time.

As a team member, you may get the list of your team's recordings; rename a recording, share the link to a recording; download a recording; play back a recording; or archive a recording.

To get the list of your team's recordings, simply go to the Recordings section of the dashboard.

To share the link to a recording, go to the Recordings section, locate the recording you want to copy, click on the three-dot icon on the right and choose the 'Copy link' option. The recording's link will be copied to your clipboard.

To download a recording, go to the Recordings section, locate the recording you want to download, click on the three-dot icon on the right and choose the 'Download' option. The recording will instantly start downloading formatted as mp4.

To play back a recording, go to the Recordings section, locate the recording you want to download, click on the three-dot icon on the right and choose the 'Play' option. The recording will open on a new browser tab.

You may play / stop the recording, skip through the timeline, control the audio volume, expand to fullscreen and even control the playback speed or place the recording over other browser tabs as 'picture in picture'.

To rename a recoding go to the Recordings section, locate the recording you want to download, click on the three-dot icon on the right and choose the 'Rename' option.

To archive a recording, go to the Recordings section, locate the recording you want to archive, click on the three-dot icon on the right and choose the 'Archive' option.

Archived recordings are kept for 30 days, after which they are automatically deleted. This will allow your team to optionally retrieve recordings that might have been accidentally archived. Your team will not be charged for storage cost during this period.

To access the list of archived recordings, go to the Recordings section and click on the 'Archived recordings link on the top right.

To unarchive a recording, access the list of archived recordings, open the three-dot menu and click unarchive.

To definitively delete an archived recording, access the list of archived recordings, open the three-dot menu and click delete.

• Search Recordings Team members can easily track recordings by searching for names, authors, and rooms, enhancing the overall usability of the recordings page.

• Filter Recordings by Status When enabled, team members can filter recordings on the dashboard by status, allowing them to focus on recordings that are ready, processing, recording, or view all statuses.
