# Polls & Quizzes

**Enable polls**\
When enabled, participants with the ‘Manage poll and quiz templates’ permission will have the ability to create and launch this feature; and those with the ‘Take polls & quizzes’ will be allowed to submit votes in polls and quizzes, except for quizzes they created. In single-role rooms, all participants will be able to take polls, even if not explicitly set with the ‘Take polls & quizzes’ permission. Note End-to-end encryption is incompatible with Polls.
